There are three attacks, one in each set of attacks : a rockfalls, a flaming skull sweeps through, and a river monster lungesupward into the boat. Although you can avoid being knocked from theback of the boat by staying near the front, one of the fallingrocks can easily knock you out of the front of the boat.
The most straightforward way is to move forward or backwarddepending on where the previous rock landed, then duck or jump theflaming skull, and definitely jump up when the river monsterattacks. You will do this 4 times.
Also, if you have credits for the poptropica store you can buythe minimizer and shrink yourself. All you will have to do is jumpwhen the alligator comes.

The Styx Crocodile is a reptilian creature that lives in the River Styx.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
The Styx Crocodile is a reptilian creature with slimy yellow-green skin and yellow sharp teeth. It also has pale yellow eyes. It has dark green spines around its head and large nostrils.
Role In Mythology Island[edit | edit source]
The Styx Crocodile rises from the green waters of the River Styx every so often tries to knock you off Charon's boat. It is one of the three recurring obstacles you must get past to reach Hades' throne room along with a falling stalactite and a levitating flaming skull.
